Dieter Hochheimer has extensive experience in real estate development in the United States. His career began in Los Angeles with Marcus & Millichap Group and soon moved into acquisitions and sales of multi-family properties with RW Selby & Company from 1989 to 1992. Mr. Hochheimer then went on to help develop a portfolio of investment properties for Morgan Browning Capital in Beverly Hills. In 1996, he joined SCI Real Estate Investments as an independent consultant. Along with sourcing acquisitions and the sales of residential and commercial properties for SCI, he also worked as an agent for RE/ MAX Commercial Brokerage, which was co-founded and owned by SCI.
DIETER HOCHEIMER HAS EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT IN THE UNITED STATES.
Mr. Hochheimer founded LPP Group America LLC, a U.S. arm of the European group of companies with focus on consulting in real estate and helping high end technology companies with their expansion programs as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Hochheimer is a former soccer player from Germany who played in the junior national teams under 16 and under 19 for his country, followed by a professional carrier of 11 years in the first and second division of the Bundesliga. As a coach, Mr. Hochheimer won championships with the Edmonton Eagles of the Canadian Professional Soccer League in 1983 and with the Hollywood Kickers, a professional team of the Western Soccer Alliance in 1986.
Mr. Hochheimer studied at the Universities of Frankfurt, Hamburg and Goettingen and graduated with a degree in Education, Political Science and Sports. He currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.
